He allows the building to sit empty and open to the elements for decades until enough civic outcry when he pledges to install windows. 8/9/2015 He installs the windows but they are of cheap quality and not architecturally accurate. 6/24/2018 Ford Motor Company purchases the building to become part of their Autonomous Vehicle Program and opens the building this weekend to visitors before renovation begins. 8/5/2019 5/13/2020 10/8/20 3/16/2021 Starting to see progress
